The idrawu website was originally established as a site devoted to pencil portrait drawing by a portrait artist on a commision only basis. The addition of a Pencil Gallery featuring celebrity pencil portraits, animal pencil portraits and others has allowed customers to purchase original pencil portrait works of art of subjects they love and enjoy. The pencil portrait gallery is ever changing with drawings added on a regular basis. Each item in the pencil portrit gallery is drawn on A4 paper ( 210mm × 297mm) or A3 / A2 pencil portrait sizes which is ideally suited to fit within a variety of commercially available picture / photo frames. The pencil portrait drawings are created using a range of graphite pencils from HB through to 9B.

Individual Pencil Portrait Commissions by a Pencil Portait Artist
The core business of the idrawu website alongside the pencil portrait gallery is still the commissioning of pencil portraits drawn from photographs. The pencil portraits themselves can be of yourself, your family, your pets, your friends, a celebrity or maybe something a little more unusual ... the choice is yours.
To commission a pencil portrait drawing simply follow the steps below.
Select the pencil portrait options from the Price List – if you have a request tha
t is not listed or a little out of the ordinary then you can contact me directly at ihthwy@aol.com
- Select the payment and delivery options for your pencil portrait – you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Send the image / images you would like me to draw via e-mail – the higher the resolution of the photograph provided the better the results.
- Once complete I will scan the pencil portrait and send it to you via e-mail for approval.
- Once you are happy with the results the pencil portrait(s) will be despatched through the post.
